We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for equipment rentals and 4-8 weeks for full event production. However, we understand events sometimes come together quickly and will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Yes! We offer optional on-site technicians for all rentals and provide full crew support for our production services. Our team can handle everything from setup to operation to strike.

We're based in Huntsville and serve all of North Alabama, including Madison, Decatur, Athens, Florence, and surrounding areas. We also travel throughout the Southeast for larger productions.

While we focus on the technical production side, we work closely with event planners and can provide recommendations and technical consultation to help ensure your event's success.
